Choosing the Right Digital SLR for Your Nature Photography

It is very true that it doesn't matter what equipment you use -- it's what you do with the camera that matters. However, there is no question that when you're hiking through a thick jungle in the middle of central america you want to pack light. Even though the Nikon D2x has the prestige of being Nikon's premier "PRO" camera, you may not find it's the best fit for your nature work.

One of the first things you need to consider is how you're going to use the pictures. Look up the magazines you want to publish your work. Send in for "submission guidelines" and find out their minimum mega pixel count. The same is true for stock agencies -- browse around and decide which place you'd ultimately like to sell your work. Many organizations have their submission guideliens published on their websites. If you're more interested in learning and doing nature photography for your own pleasure then by all means buy the less expensive models. There's nothing wrong with a camera that takes a 5 or 6 megapixel image. You'll still be able to blow it up to poster size if you want a special print made.

There's nothing wrong with a camera that takes a 5 or 6 megapixel image. You'll still be able to blow it up to poster size if you want a special print made.

Magnification - Use it to your Advantage

For wildlife photographers in particular, the one advantage of shooting with any Nikon digital camera these days is the magnification factor. Rather than create a sensor the same size as one frame of 35mm film, Nikon and most other digital SLR camera manufacturers decided to create a sensor that is smaller than the 24x36mm standard frame of the older film models. Having a smaller sensor means you aren't going to capture all the information on the left and right and top and bottom of the frame. This may sound really bad... but there is no need to worry about what you haven't captured because the viewfinder has been adjusted so that what you see optically is what is captured in the digital file.

The result is that the camera multiplies the magnification of all the lenses. Nikon's magnification (depending on the camera you use) is around 1.5x. That means a 300mm lens is now magnified to 450mm. This is great news for wildlife photographers. The only drawback is that wider angle lenses (like a 17mm wide angle becomes a 25.5mm not-as-wide-angle lens. However, landscape photographers still have some options. I'll get to those in a bit.

Choosing the Right Lenses

Unfortunately, no one can tell you which lenses to buy or "how to build the perfect SLR system for nature photography." Again, it depends on the kinds of photos you like to take, your personal preference and the market where you want to sell your image.

The great advantage of Nikon cameras is that you can use older lenses on your body. This allows a lot more freedom of choice and means you can get really amazing older lenses at shockingly affordable prices.

I'll give you an example. One of my favorite lenses is a 300mm f4 manual focus prime lens from the 1970s. It cost only $350 CAD (meaning it would be much less expensive in American dollars) and the glass is still ED! Nikon especially developed ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass to provide pricise optical colour correction. This special glass (not available in all Nikon lenses) provides the sharp, clear resolution required for superb photographs. The other advantage (at least for me since I generally hike to find wildlife) is that it weighs less and packs small.

Another example -- the 50mm 1.4 auto focus lens (that's right f1.4!) sells for only $166 CAD (again, much less in American dollars). It's actually an 80mm on your body. That means you have a prime lens at 80mm that can take pictures in the darkest settings. And, because Nikon has been perfecting its 50mm lenses since its inception as a company (Nikon used to include a 50mm on all its bodies until well into the late 1980s), it's one of Nikon's very best lenses. It's cheap because 50mm on a 35mm camera is kind of pooey. But 80mm on a digial camera is marvelous. edit

Lenses - Pros and Cons

While I can't tell you the right lenses to buy for your particualr needs... I can give you some feedback/impressions about the particular lenses I am using or have used in the past.

Nikkor 10.5mm f2.8 Fisheye: I never thought such a specialized lens could provide me with so much use. For more information, I've written a short article about how to use a fisheye lens in your nature photography athttp://www.naturestocklibrary.com/gallery/2472892

Nikkor 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G ED-IF AF-S DX Zoom - This lens is all right. I bought it as a kit lens a long time ago and it's served well for the wider range. I wish I had saved pennies and purchased a 2.8 that offered a wider range (like a 12mm to 25mm).

Tamron 17-35mm f2.8: This is a great lens but, alas, I purchased it for a film camera and the magnification on my digital body means that it isn't that useful in my photography right now. I'm planning on selling it (along with my other wide angle) and buying a 2.8 that has a wider range so I can do more with landscape photography.

Nikkor 50mm f/1.4D AF - This is the same lens I discussed earlier. It's small, has a low price tag, allows you to shoot in really dark situations and it's an 80mm on a digital camera. You really can't go wrong.

Nikkor Nikon 80-200mm f2.8D ED AF Zoom - This is a fantastic lens that stays at 2.8 no matter if you are shooting at 80 or 200mm. Again, magnification means it's actually a 300mm zoom. Zooms are great because you can adjust your focus distance depending on where your subject is located. Not so great with subjects that are always far away (like the macaws seen here), but really awesome for docile wildlife like deer. It also has a macro function that works beautifully.

Nikkor 105mm f/2.8D AF Micro, or 105 Micro for short - This is probably Nikon's most used macro lens, probably because the lens can serve triple duty. First of all, it is a macro photography lens and it allows you to take photographs at a 1:1 reproduction ratio (on a 35mm body), which means that a 24 by 36 mm subject will fill the entire frame. Second, it makes a very good general purpose short telephoto lens. Third, it is also at least a very reasonable portrait lens (although, with magnification it may be too much of a telephoto on a digital SLR). I really love this lens for macro photography.

Nikkor 300mm f4 manual focus - While a "prime" lens doesn't offer the flexibilty of a zoom... it's still an ideal choice for getting the best results in your work. This is the same lens I discussed earlier and, considering it cost only $350, it's light & the focusing is so smooth, it's one of my favorite lenses. I never leave home without it.

Nikkor 600mm f5.6 manual focus ED Glass - Again, I paid a lot less for this lens (which is actually a hefty 900mm on a digital body and also has the famous Nikon ED glass!!) because it's an older model and it's manual focus. I spent $1,599 USD - but consider that a newer model would go for at least $5,000 to $25,000, depending on the f stop. Some may argue that 5.6 is a bit too narrow of an f stop but I find the compression with telephoto lenses means that I wouldn't want to shoot a 900mm subject with anything wider than 5.6 (2.8 would make the focus far too shallow on such a far away subject). Although... for closer subjects 2.8 is magic!

In the past, I have also used the Sigma 70-300mm 3.5-5.6 and the Tamron 200-400mm 3.5-5.6 and both served well as affordable zooms while I was learning about photography. I have since sold them to pay for the lenses I currently use.

Why I LOVE and Highly Recommend Manual Focus

I used to be terrified of focusing manually. On most auto focus lenses, the focus ring is small and more difficult to use... also there's something really easy about just allowing your camera to do the focusing work for you. I was afraid I couldn't react quickly enough to moving subjects and that I wouldn't be as good as my camera's auto focus. Now I see the errors of my ways.

For wildlife (or people), you want to make sure the main subject's eyes are in perfect focus. You won't be able to sell any image if the eyes aren't in focus. If you shoot a subject 10 feet away at 2.8 and use auto focus, the camera will choose the object closer to the camera (usually the nose, cheek, or eye brow... not the eye itself). A 2.8 aperture means that you will have such a soft depth of field that the eyes will appear out of focus. The older (and more affordable) manual focus lenses have the most beautiful focusing rings you've ever seen. I find it much easier to use manual focus on my 300mm f4 lens from the 1970s than my newer autofocus 80-200mm zoom (using the auto focus feature). Unfortuately, I find the focusing ring on the newer models a little bit pooey... but I did want to make the case for why I think manual focus lenses from the 1970s are the greatest things since sliced bread!

Rule of Thumb for Fast Subjects

You may already be aware that your shutter speed should be at least the same as the distance of your lens. For instance, you need to shoot at least 1/300th of a second if you are using a 300mm lens or hand shake will make your picture look really blurry. And anything larger than 300mm should be put on a tripod (preferably one with a ball head for wildlife work). With magnification, you may be able to get away with shooting a 300mm (a 450mm on your digital) hand-held... at 1/450th of a second or higher...)in a pinch... but investing in a good ball head tripod will really improve your results if your lens is higher than 300mm.

Back on the subject of pairing your shutter speed with lens distance... if you are currently shooting P or Auto it's a good idea to change to shutter priority instead. If you're shooting with a 200mm make sure your shutter is set at 1/300 because of the magnification. All modern digital cameras will then set the aperture to pair with the shutter speed. At the same time, practicing photography on manual settings is always a good idea because it will offer you greater control.

I could write for days about shooting nature and wildlife photography with Nikon equipment but I'll stop for now. You're welcome to read more of my nature photography articles online at http://www.naturestocklibrary.com/Wildlife%20Photography%20Articles.

Can help you digital photography Classes?

If you are reading this article then good on you, just because you want to learn more about photography and how to develop your skills as a photographer. In this article I'll discuss photography classes and if they are not suitable for you, so please keep reading.

Photography classes can be very expensive and time-consuming, I've been to different groups and different classes of photography in the past and have found that to get maximum of you really need them to make a commitment and waive approximately 3 hours twice a week. Now it is clear that certain classes are longer and some shorter, but in General, most of them take a few hours twice a week.

I must admit that when I started to learn photography that I liked to go to classes, I had to use equipment more expensive that I could never imagine and I also taught me how to use equipment which was great. The only drawback was the price and it was a fair price, there was still much to pay each week, especially when you're starting first and you're not silver photography.

What I say, is that if you can afford to go to a class and then to do so, however if money is a little tight then you have some other options. Could attend a class in College, which is much more affordable, but the quality of the subjects taught in my opinion is not as high. Another solution is the Internet and the library, where most things can be found for free.

The best way to learn in my opinion however is just get out there and start taking photos. Regardless if spoil you or take pictures of detritus simply because these mistakes will help you along the way.

Beginning Photography - 3 Simple Rules

Recently, I returned to the passion of photography. I loved photography in high school and College, but storing my camera in the middle of the goodwill of the adult life. When I decided to look for photography once again, there were a few hurdles I had to overcome. I think they are obstacles that might impede aspiring photographers. I put together a few rules that I follow to break my own roadblocks to photography.

1. Take your camera everywhere. There is nothing worse than see a big bang and realizing that my camera is at home. I wear my small digital camera type almost all the time. I try to remain accessible, so that I can understand and use it at any time. The other day I was in the car and was arrested by a funeral procession transmission. I was very interested by the officer directing traffic, then I took my camera and got a great blow

2. Do not be intimidated. This rule is really important for me as a beginner and a person with a camera "little." The other day, I visited a park to take photographs. I walked in the Park, I saw a man with a huge, impressive, expensive camera research set up on a tripod in nice. I felt uncomfortable taking photos at the same time and almost left the Park. How silly! For me, photography is not on hardware or even the level of skill, it is about using this medium to help me see and seize the beauty of the world. I remain and took my photos in this park. I don't know this as the guy with the camera big got, but I'm really happy with my photos.

3 Move. I had to learn this one the hard way. I tend to look at an object from a point of view and photograph this as an angle. Several times, when I download my pictures, I wonder why I did step move to a different angle. I remembered this rule recently, when I was photographing a sculpture. I walked all around, take pictures from several angles. I finished with many varied, nice, interesting shots.

There you have it. Three simple rules of a beginning photographer "blind". Now, grab your camera and go have fun!

Photography and Facebook

I just returned from Florida, the other day, I stayed at a place called "the beachcomber" had a beach bar just out back called "Jimmy B every day of the week, they have two different bands that play music until late into the night."

The bands are all different and they are all very good and they all have their own following, with people who show all who enjoy and appreciate music.

While I sat and listened to the and watched what was going on, I couldn't help but compare music and photography. I've given how they knew what they were made and thought that I was lucky how discovered photography and love it the way they were in love with music. I really was active and taking lots of photos lately, but this has me thinking that I want to do even more.

I thought how almost everyone has a digital camera, and how after they take their photos they are still looking at the display in the back and obtain immediate satisfaction. Wow, how photography evolved. Us will be exploited our studio photography for 30 years February 6, 2009. We spent most of this time photographing with film and processed most of our own film and prints them. And it is amazing, we made and seen things that few people at 9-5 jobs to see or to do so, not long ago, I thought that the best was behind us.

But the digital photography, photoshop, and access to the internet has made things so much better. In may, an internet marketing known as "John reese" hardware I had studied, sent an e-mail on a social site called "facebook". He told to register and get a few friends and form a group on what you are passionate. He said that it would be great, he was correct.

So I did it, naturally I have formed a group photograph, photography and photoshop, think it would be a small group that I would start, and from time to time something might go to the group. It was in may, now I write on this group in January, the group experienced growth over 4,500 members across the world.

This group is surprising, they added almost 3000 their photographs to share with members of the Group and group comments always with positive feedback, I have not yet seen a negative comment. They have contributed their expertise, videos and I forgot about politics and things that are not so great in the economy to speak and appreciate their craft of photography.

I am back home in Florida now and work harder than ever (but when you love, it does not work) to learn and share all about photography and photoshop. It's great to love something like I and members of our group of love of photography and the musicians at Jimmy B love their music. It is a good place to lose in the good times and when its not very good, and Facebook is a great place to share the passion.

Choose Unique wedding photography to enjoy lasting memories

Professional photographers marriage increases every day. Even if the field is technically difficult and unforgiving for errors and the uninitiated, its ranks are constantly swelling. With so many choices, find unique wedding photography is growing more difficult that the noise level continues to increase. I have compiled some tips below to help you find that special photographer for your wedding day!

Are there their work speaks for you?

This may seem a bit corny, your wedding photography is something, that you not only your life, but your children and, hopefully, future generations. Keep in mind there are many trends in photography, some good and some bad. Something can be really trendy now, think how you feel about it 20 years ago when making your decision on a style of photography. A good example that I fell was "rolling" rug in the 1970s. It was fashionable but by a mere 5-6 years later. It was torn off and replaced with something more practical. In style is great, but, unlike carpets, you do not replace the wedding photos.

Discover a complete wedding

Marriage photographers course, always put their best foot forward on Web sites and magazines. When looking for unique wedding however photography, you really evaluate all photos of marriage, not only the greatest hits. While most photographers have a few really great shots, a unique wedding photographer will be able to offer the same quality of shots for the majority of the marriage. If the photographer is not a marriage together to show you, you can examine more to them before making your decision.

They are one of the many?

This will be the biggest challenge when looking for unique wedding photography. There are many, many tools widely available for wedding photographers to artistically finish their likenesses without much knowledge of Photoshop or General post processing. These actions give indeed marriage a photographers together huge tool for their photos of Poland - make sure you like the poles and its integration in your search for unique wedding photography.

Photographer Amateur and professional photographer - love to make a profit is not guaranteed

Five years ago I returned to the world of photography after 20 years of absence. Then, I've been a photographer "professionals of evil." I gave a face to the next type jokes:

Question - what is the difference between a professional photographer and family pack happy meal a McDonalds?

Response - the happy meal can feed a family of four.

I started photography for love of the it. Finally, I decided that all I had to do to become a professional photographer should go on my business cards and wait as the phone to ring. "I confused my love of photography with success as a ' professional photographer".

For me, being a "professional photographer" soaked with joy that photography had given me over the years. I took on the jobs that were not difficult or cost. I take the time to understand what type of photography offered the benefit of most of the effort, resources and the investment of time. I pay attention to where my best potential customers were or how "overdeliver" on my services for them. While I went about my business "photograph" with the best of intentions, plans, enthusiasm and commitment of operation, I had myself doomed predictable. Of course, I recognized "after" I ran money, enthusiasm and hope. With hindsight is 20/20 often.

Now, I return and my excitement and enthusiasm is more intense than twenty years ago. The world of photography is exploding in growth and changing almost just as quickly. Since now I'm older, I should be more mature and better suited to make decisions of well thought-out and documented cases.

The biggest aspect of current photography, for me, is technology. I prefer digital film. Digital allows me to draw and practice more than I could with the film. Also, I manipulate the photo to get the best possible image. Technology helps me find information to help me make business decisions. Technology now help me target my market specially for them and potential clients. This is not a hit and miss marketing exercise.

I found some photography books that helped me to focus on a niche of cost-effective photography. To find books, I had absolutely no idea of what a niche was a photography or how much it is important to be a successful photographer. There are many very good books on successful photography business. For me, one of the best (after my 20 year absence) was "the Business of Studio photography" by Edward r. Lilley. His book kept me repeating my expensive mistakes of the past.

Twenty years ago I never heard of stock photography. Now photography is where I put most of my regular time when I'm shooting for commercial (as opposed to shooting to my love of photography). There are many books on photography. "Sell and resell Photos your" and "Sellphotos.com" both by Rohn Engh, were two of the best investments I ever made. I have a better understanding of the business of photography and where my place. Stock photography knows much change. Some long stock photographers like just what happens. Other photographers stock long welcome change and adapt accordingly. Since I'm relatively new to photography, changes have little meaning or consequences for me. Author Michal Heron books "how to shoot Stock Photos that sell" award for photography"were very helpful in my understanding of enlargement photography company. This latest book also provides information on assignment photography awards.

One of the best aspects of current photography world is technology. I love showing my work. Sites Web of photography allows me to show my work, in order to complete my advertising and marketing and sell my work. I had put in place a number of photo sites to find one of the largest internet "gifts" for photographers. A site called Proimageguide.com fully operational gives photography websites for free! Absolutely free! Free photography Web site has no advertising or popups! They give you a fully operational photography Web site for three months free of charge, and they hope you like their service so that you become a paying subscriber. Free photography website is more functional than photography websites that pay. Fully functional photography Web site hosted by Proimageguide.com is flexible for anything that might be your niche photography, professional photographer and amateur photographer.

"Guide to the photographer to setting up a Web site" by Martyn Moore is an excellent resource to help you understand how to configure a photography Web site. The book provides free resources for photographers as a website free, photography, Web site templates-free etc. The book has a Web site that accompanies it, contributing to the value of this particular resource.

If feels good to be back in the world of photography. Initially, I was overtaken by events. With the help of all the information available on the internet, I could learn the day-to-day business of photography and share it with others. Certainly, the world of photography is massive and growing. I take the time to obtain all necessary information to make better business decisions. I spilled my record of business success. I actually earn money in the sector of photography. Return me a few bucks and allows me to get paid for doing what I love - photography.

You tell them what you want and let give you a quote. Doing research online is a good way to find out what products are available. When you see your photographer, have a list of questions ready.

It is human nature to want to compare. However, if you will then see the first photographer, what follows is true, then ask you if you really need to confuse the question seeing another - you like the style and quality of photography, you love the concept album, you have good relationship with the photographer (make sure it is the photographer, you agenda!) and the package is in your budget-logic hey!

In the initial consultation, wedding photographer will provide you loads of information. There are so many products available, and even variations on each product, it becomes very overwhelming.

The photographer will be trying to get an idea of your needs by asking a series of questions. At the same time, you begin to build relationships with the photographer. It is very important that you feel comfortable with the photographer, because they will be with you throughout the day of the most important day of your life.

You will also spend much time with them after the marriage. If the energy between the two of you does not work, then move! Allow at least 1 to 1.5 hours for the initial Consultation and don't forget to take a list of questions.

What you admire on wedding photography?

Photography is a of some physical elements couples hold to day of their marriage, and for that reason alone, Wedding couples have need to learn what options are available to them, and which are ideal for their wedding day. You begin planning your wedding, a question, ask yourself is - what kind of wedding photos admire?

To help you better understand your options, here are four elements that many couples they admire and love in wedding photography. Professional wedding photographers give pictures of taking something so easy - yet much is located before the day of the wedding, behind the scenes, as well as the vision of the photographer makes us admire these photographic elements.

# 1: A Photo-journalistic Style of photography

The wives of both love photo-journalistic style. Essentially, this means that your photographer will not lead or orchestrate photos. Work of the photographer is only in support of the day, as it happens, without disrupting the flow of events. A photographer that takes in this style of photography, strongly values that agenda is expected to grow naturally, without staging or posing in every moment. It is the actions and reactions of the people attending your wedding who will have the greatest impact photographically. Much like this style because the photo-journalistic approach gives images that evoke the emotion most.

# 2: Traditional portraits

Whereas photography Candide captures emotion and relies on spontaneity, many couples ask to photograph portraits of traditional as well. Portraits of traditional, also called Member, provided the images that the couple and the photographer must organise sometime during the wedding day.

The fact is, a marriage, can be an excellent opportunity to save the entire tree of family and the new family also just. Many couples feel that these images are very important, because this event occurs only once with all these people that gathered at the same time. Having these portraits traditional means that you can refer to them when you want or need, a Visual record of certain closest people in your life. Imagine a moment … it's a day when most or all your loved ones are in the same place at the same time - you cannot get a second chance.

# 3: Portraits creative

Portraits of traditional sometimes lack the emotional impact that couples aspire to their wedding day and are generally the reason why many couples is their priority. One solution is to go beyond traditional portraiture and create something that is unique for the wedding couple. A creative portrait may define the essence of your wedding day and who you are as a couple. Although this creative portrait is provided, it should feel relaxed or just spontaneously happened. The success of a creative portrait is its emotional impact on the couple of marriage.

# 4: Love in details

You know the saying... "love is in the details". This applies also wedding photography. Flanges (sometimes grooms!) are working so hard to do what is right. Details can be a reflection or give a sense of personality and passions of the couple. Details and the objects captured during the wedding day, will help complete the history of marriage visually.

Digital photography tips

I love photography and you probably too, I would like to share some tips for digital photography and tips.

A career as a freelance photographer was ever worth considering, until very recently. Only a few years ago if you want to start a freelance photography business there was much too much hardware to buy. You also need to know all the different settings for your camera, f stops, what speed film I should use, etc.

Thanks to digital cameras film choice is no longer a problem. You know little how to set the camera to auto, point and shoot.

However, if you're like me, I find experiment with different settings to be fun and interesting. You can capture unique photos with some imagination and forward thinking set out in this part of the family or walk in the Woods.

In this economy, many of us are looking for ways to generate extra income. If you take good pictures there are now ways to sell your photos on the internet. If you have a good eye take some nice photos, there are many websites which can upload your photos and try to sell them. Just read the rules on these sites and make sure that you have permission to all people in the pictures, you need a release from them until you or someone else can use. I usually do landscapes so that you do not have to worry about obtaining the signed release forms. If your photos are real good they will be used by several different sources, giving you a residual income. Many people have started with one or two good photos for sale and now have hundreds of different sites. Starting a photography business child - you can be earning money in no time

I am correct in assuming that you interest strong enough for the photograph of the child, just because you read it? Well, most likely, right? What do you think retain you?

OK, no more questions, accurate information. If you know how it is easy to start a business to child photograph that you started long ago. The reason that I can make a statement like this is because I started a company to child photograph. I did a not stay in business, because I had two huge errors.

The first big mistake opened studio gear storefront in downtown with the rent payable monthly more utilities and so forth. The second mistake thinking that I could generate enough customers pay enough quickly before starting penniless. In addition, it comes to major errors and I was not able to hold the. I had a vague idea how to attract customers, and I should have that figured out until I started.

I wish to win the distress and fees that I lived. If you find a small space in your home for a studio and office computer with photoshop, that is really all you need. It doesn't have to be photoshop, you can obtain cheaper alternatives. And when I say small space for a studio I'm saying it because almost everything what will be done digitally.

If you're like most people taking photographs and mounting is the fun part and the easy part. OK, so what is the difficult part? Attract a steady stream of paying customers, that is. You can take beautiful photographs that are technically very good have stunning samples to show people, an impressive card, great work with children, but if paying customers are not finding their way to your door, then you are not a business.

But if you tap into your home, and customers don't come very quickly this is not a disaster. You probably have your regular job to pay bills and build your business without much stress.

Then, how are you doing to attract paying customers? You probably have it figured out already: get some samples of stunning, only your best shots. You can do some gifts to get these shots, then load on your Web site. Yes, you really need a website, but you can create one and costs very little. One thing you could do is Google it, "building site" Advertise your Web site so that when someone types in "child photographers Kalamazoo" Google your site will be displayed.

Naturally, there are dozens of ways to advertise that we can't get in here due to limitations of space. It is a question to get your name out there.

If you're passionate about photography and love children, this is a great way to go. Just think of going to "work" to do something you love. Set your own hours and set your own hourly rate also. And this is one of the few business that does not require an enormous expenditure of money. Camera you are using now is probably well until you can afford something better. Oh, and no more than fighting traffic to get to work!

Why I love Nature - Photography capturing the beauty of the world

Nature photography leads the photograph taken outdoors. You can capture distinctive photographs of sunsets, landscapes, waterfalls, mountains, flowers, birds and wild animals that one reason why I love nature photography.

Anyone can become a good nature photographer and sell their photos if they learn how to do it. There are workshops of photography classes and books that teach details take great nature photos. You can take photographs of nature as a personal hobby or a career doing something you love.

Creation of a State of mind with Nature Photography

Nature photography is so enjoyable that it can lift your mood and make you feel good. Being outside in the fresh air and being surrounded by nature, it is another reason why I love nature photography. Images of nature can also create a special atmosphere for the Viewer as the comfort, relaxed, cheerful, happy or dark. Knowing the mood you want to communicate you helps to know what type of items you need to add to your image. Different seasons can also create different moods. Depending on the area of your photo, like the country, city, ocean or mountains can change the mood of an image.

Each image is Unique

Whatever your subject preference, you can always capture the nature on the film which is unique and is why I love nature photography. No animals arise never exactly twice. Flowers in a way they are blowing wind does look like, they are in a different location whenever you take a picture. The Sun reflected on Earth and different water every time. You can take photographs of the landscapes and there is always something different from others. There is no end to the drawings that you find on rocks, in water and leaves on trees. Each lens that is used to create photographs also gives a different perspective. Correct lens can make an image look exactly as you want.

Landscape photography

A large part of the nature photography takes photos of landscapes. You can take a picture of the landscape in several different ways. The style of representation is the most natural. You change anything about the way the image looks like, but you need to pay attention to details such as the right light, time and weather conditions. Photos of Impressionist landscape are as authentic as the style of representation. It is a creation of the scene and accents of some part of it. Photos taken in the abstract style may not look like the landscape because it is more on the shape, the shape, the contrast and color.

Find the right light

Lights change how an image looks so different types of light your outstanding photo. Find the exact light which gives a picture perfect look is also why I like the nature photography. The direction of light may come from the side or back side. This greatly influence how will reveal your image of nature. Light from the front may consult with best if the scene has a lot of color. Side light improve the texture and rear light will focus on the shape of your subject.

My point is, everyone has their point of view, even if the same scene. You can love the overview of Niagara Falls and water down, however the person next to you enjoy the calm but rushing water before the waterfall. It goes without saying, that it is soon left his job and started a photo shooting centre.

A friend of mine, computer does not have many skills in photography, but he took photos of his shots fans, giving them a little bit of touch up on his computer with his skills and photo retouching software. Final results are superb photos of research, much better than the original research!

The Art of photography - love for photography

Since the age of 8 years, I had a passion for photography. It has always been my dream to become a professional photographer. When I was a little girl, I took photos of marriage 1 for a close friend of the family and, when this great passion become greater, I was so young but still able to make these photos.

Currently I photograph everything I can. I can be very creative when I want. I have amazing photos of the World Trade Center and other special places.

In recent years, I started at various events in the photo:

(1) Communions

(2) Baptisms

(3) Birthday parties

(4) Baby & Bridal Showers

(5) Marriage

Photos of animals... Special PET... your family. Learn how to capture every moment. If you miss, you missed that he will never be repeated.

Someday hopefully become a professional. It comes from having this special "eye" for the photo and ensure that it is perfect. I am in the process of creating a website with all the photos I took special events over the past years and perhaps one day, I can share those with you.

Taken to keep these photos and memories keep going!
